Terms & Conditions

I. Ticket Sales

1. General Information on Ticket Purchase
1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to participation and the associated sale of tickets for events listed on www.witcher-xperience.com
, organized by the respective event organizers named during the booking process. Deviating terms and conditions of the participant shall not apply.

1.2. The organizer reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms. Any changes or additions shall become effective upon publication on https://witcher-experience.de/
or on the respective event page of the organizer.

1.3. We sell the tickets as the organizer Apparatus Larp. The contract regarding the booked event is concluded exclusively between you as the customer and us as the organizer. Accordingly, all claims relating to the event, its organization, or participation must be asserted exclusively against the organizer. This applies in particular to claims related to the cancellation or rescheduling of an event or program changes.

1.4. For contracts relating to leisure events brokered by us, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The customer may therefore not revoke their declaration of intent regarding the purchase of tickets for events.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

, the customer may create a user account. Registration requires providing a truthful email address and a self-selected password via the “LogIn/Register” field. After registration, a confirmation link will be sent via email. Using these credentials, the customer can log in and purchase tickets. Registration for participation is exclusively possible via https://witcher-experience.de/
.

2.2. The contract for purchasing tickets is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective organizer. The presentation of events on https://witcher-experience.de/
constitutes a non-binding invitation to submit an offer (“invitatio ad offerendum”). We do not guarantee ticket availability.

2.3. The customer submits a binding offer by clicking the “Buy Now” button during checkout. Acceptance of the offer is confirmed by email after completion of the order process.

2.4. The number of tickets per customer may be limited. If a customer exceeds the maximum number, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract for the excess tickets and declare them invalid.

2.5. The customer bears responsibility for selecting the correct event details (e.g. location, date, seat).

2.6. The contract is deemed accepted upon delivery of the ticket via email or post.

2.7. If the requested number of tickets is unavailable, the customer will be informed before contract conclusion and is no longer bound by their offer.

2.8. The customer must keep login credentials confidential and protect them from third-party access. In case of suspected misuse, the customer must notify us immediately. The customer is generally liable for all activities carried out via their account unless not at fault.

2.9. By registering, the customer confirms that all provided data is accurate and complete and must update any changes promptly.

2.10. Tickets will be sent after payment has been received.

Severability Clause
